Overview

SuperValu run Ireland's largest grocery loyalty scheme across 223 stores. The problem wasn't the programme — it was how customers accessed it. Sign-up was slow, in-store connectivity was unreliable and there was no single place for shoppers to manage their rewards. The back office needed visibility. The customer needed simplicity. We built a platform that gave both — and scaled it from 3,000 users to over one million.

Loyalty in your pocket

Digital card — with support for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — personalised offers via PromoPay and partner programme all in one place. No physical card needed, no friction at the till.

Works without signal

In-store connectivity is never guaranteed. The app was built to work fully offline, so a shopper in a basement carpark or a patchy rural store has the same experience as anyone else.

Onboarding that doesn't lose people

Low-friction digital sign-up was a core design priority. Every unnecessary step removed meant more completed registrations — and more active users in the programme.
