Your enquiry is transmitted via Mailgun, a third-party email delivery service, to route your message to us securely. Mailgun acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by appropriate data processing terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Where no engagement proceeds, we will delete or anonymise your data sooner.
