Centra credits the kiosks as a key driver of its record €2.1 billion sales in 2023. The Frank and Honest app replaced paper and stamp loyalty cards with a single, simple digital experience — and in doing so opened up a direct line into consumer behaviour across the entire Musgrave network.

The app replaced physical stamp cards with a clean digital loyalty experience — no card to carry, no stamps to lose. Users earn their favourite free coffee directly from their phone.
A network-wide rollout
Over 1,200 self-serve kiosks across SuperValu, Centra and Mace stores, with till integration for seamless stamp and offer issuance at the point of purchase.
Wallet-ready from day one
Native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support put loyalty front and centre on the lock screen — while in-app data provided actionable insight from supply chain to marketing.
